Puffed up high above its mold in a golden crown, the perfect soufflé comes out of the oven crisp on the outside and creamy in the center. It must be served at once, for it falls as soon as it begins to cool. Each serving should include some of the crust as well as a generous scoop from the center.

Our soufflé dish is round and has tall, straight sides so your egg mixture can rise high. And because soufflés typically go straight  from oven to table, our soufflé dish is attractive enough to use as a serving dish.
