APOLOGY
The Pot Shop’s virtually perfect 12 year
record of timely deliveries and no customer service issues was
completely shattered this past December 15th when our
landlord of the past 20 years suddenly informed us that it went bankrupt
and the building was in foreclosure. At that time we no other choice but
to immediately move out of our warehouse; at the busiest time of the
year we had to scramble, scramble, scramble to find a new location and
move our inventory, office equipment, documents, etc, etc, etc.
The “haste makes waste” proverb applied –
resulting in many, many customer service issues which, in some cases,
will require several more weeks to resolve. We are continuing to ship
all orders in the order we receive them. If you are among the people who
have experience a customer service problem, we ask for your continued
patience until we are able to reduce all customer service problems to
zero.
